Real Estate Pre-License Courses Offered by ACI

Real Estate Principles, Practices, and Nevada Real Estate Law Classroom & Correspondence Combo - 90-Hour $425

Do you find it difficult to set aside 90 hours of your valuable time to complete the Real Estate Licensing course? Would you like to enjoy the interaction of a classroom with the convenience of a correspondence course? ACI has the solution. Through our Saturday review classes, students will be able to combine the live interaction of a classroom with the efficiency of a home study program.

ACI offers four Saturdays on four topics: realty & personal property, agency & federal laws, finance & appraisal, and finally Nevada Real Estate Law. ACI has arranged the Saturday programs so that each session is independent of the other, so you do not have to attend one class to understand the next. Our schedule gives you flexibility in starting and completing the course.

Not only do our students have live, face to face instruction on Saturdays, but they also receive support during the week. We provide unlimited telephone and email support Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Anytime during those hours that you have a question, all you have to do is pick up the phone or send an email to our instructor and your question will be answered.

Successful completion of the Nevada Pre-Licensing course is based on your passing the course examination, not your attendance in our Saturday Program.

Real Estate Pre-Licensing Exam Courses:

The Pre-Licensing courses are designed for individuals seeking a new Real Estate License. The courses prepare the individual for the state exam.

Real Estate Principles, Practice, Procedures, Law & Ethics
90-Hour Course - $299.00 $199.00 for a limited time!

ACI'S comprehensive real estate salesperson's pre-licensing course is designed to prepare you for the state licensing examination. The objective is to provide you information you will need to comprehend and discuss Brokerage & Law of Agency, recognize economic aspects of real estate, and how valuation of real estate is accomplished. This course covers the questions and answer you will need on the licensing exam, Topics include learning the basics for agency, finance, appraisal, property ownership, transfer and use, state real estate law, and closing statements. It also provides you with comprehensive information regarding Nevada Real Estate Laws, and consequences of ignoring those laws.

For Students With Previous Educational Credits Not Needing The 90-Hour Course, We offer the following:

Real Estate Practice, Law & Ethics (45-Hour Course) $220.00

This practicum is designed for individuals with some previous education and or experience, but yet have been advised by the state that more hours of education are needed. Property ownership, transfer and use of title, property management, real estate leases, and real estate laws of Nevada are covered in this program.

Nevada Real Estate Law (18-Hour Course) $150.00

You will find this program has been designed for persons who need to complete the 18-hour requirement of the Nevada Real Estate Division of Business and Industry

License Upgrade Courses:

Real Estate Broker Management (45-Hour Course) $155.00

This course satisfies the new state requirements implemented January 1, 2001 for license upgrade to Broker Or Broker/Salesman. Work experience cannot be substituted for this course.

Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal (45-Hour Course) $175.00

This course is also designed for people who have their Real Estate Salesman License and want to upgrade to a Broker/Salesman.
