Which Nevada agencies license and ccredit American Career Institute?
Answer: ACI is licensed by the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education. Additionally their correspondence real estate courses are accredited by the Nevada Real Estate Commission.
Which Real Estate topics are covered?
Answer: ACI's courses cover topics tested in the licensing exam, such as agency, finance, appraisal, property ownership, transfer and use, Nevada real estate law, and closing statements.

Once I enroll, what materials will I receive?
Answer: Once you enroll, you'll receive everything necessary for course completion. There are two texts and a study guide. The study guide acts as your instructor while leading you through the textbook and directing your learning activities. In addition, ACI instructors are available by email, phone or fax.
Do I receive a certificate after completion?
Answer: Upon successfully passing the course, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion. This will satisfy the educational requirements for pre-licensing by the Nevada Real Estate Commission.
Is there a demand for real estate agents ?
Answer: There is a huge demand for real estate agents; Las Vegas and the state of Nevada are ranked as one of the hottest real estate markets in the U.S.A.
Is the future good?
Answer: The Future is great. Interest rates are at all time low, and are expected to remain low for years to come.
